STEVE HEVESI, MBA, PCC
Stephen (Steve) Hevesi is an Executive Advisor at AlliancesHub International. Steve is a seasoned executive with 25+ years of experience in the corporate world as an executive in Marketing, Sales and General Management. Some highlights of his career include CMO for Nabisco and later Nike in Brazil, COO for Gerber Brazil and CMO for Dentsply in Latin America.
Steve also has 8+ years of experience as a business consultant, helping small/medium sized companies develop actionable business and strategic plans. In Brazil he was also an external advisor to several small family businesses.

ANA MARIA IRUESTE-MONTES, PhD, PCC, BCC
Ana Maria is an Executive Advisor at AlliancesHub International. She obtained her PhD for the University of Kansas. She is an ICF credentialed Professional and Board Certified Coach, a licensed psychologist, concerned with diversity issues, values and sustainability in the world. Ana’s professional experiences include being an adjunct teaching staff for the College of Executive Coaching, where she provides training and coaching to professionals who want to expand into the coaching field.
In the past, she served as adjunct staff for the Center for Creative Leadership, named the best leadership-training program in Business Week magazine, and for the Getty Museum Leadership Program. She also served as a volunteer mentor and part-time instructor in a non-profit program for women who wish to start their own businesses.
Ana Maria has more than 20 years of experience utilizing assessment instruments and conducting executive coaching with leaders in organizations, professionals and entrepreneurs who reside in the US and in various Spanish speaking countries. She is certified in EQ-i 2.0/ EQ 360 (Emotional Intelligence), Benchmarks and other instruments.
Ana Maria helps business owners by aligning their values to their everyday practices, by focusing on their strengths, building mindfulness practices, and by focusing on their wellbeing and that of their organizations. In partnership with her clients she helps set the stage for transformation and lasting change.
Ana Maria coauthored the chapter, “Coaching Women in Business” in Bruce Peltier’s seminal text, The Psychology of Executive Coaching. She is bilingual and bicultural, a plus in California, where she resides, with its multicultural diversity.
SHIRLEY A. STATEN, EMBA, CCP
Shirley is an Executive Advisor at AlliancesHub International. She holds an Executive MBA from W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and a Coaching Practitioner Certification from the Certified Coaching Federation.
Shirley’s experience includes companies such as ON Semiconductor, Fairchild Semiconductor, and Avnet. Her style of coaching was key as she developed her teams during almost 30 year career which included Customer Service, Sales Management, Business Development, and Training. She spent over 15 years managing a centralized sales team that included hiring, training and developing then coaching them on how to qualify and develop customers, as well as preparing them for other positions within the organization. She was responsible for hiring over 300 sales and customer service representatives who went on to have successful careers in other parts of the organization and industry. She takes pride in being a life-long mentor to many of her former staff members and continues to advise many on personal and professional decisions.
In addition to her professional success, she enjoys community service and traveling the world. She’s a former big sister with the Big Brothers/Big Sister’s program. Currently, she’s a volunteer sitter at Children’s Health in downtown Dallas and makes sandwiches for the homeless community to support the Soup Mobile. She’s a founding member of Young Explorer’s Abroad, which is dedicated to introducing the world of travel to disadvantaged youth. Shirley is based in Dallas, TX.
ALBERTO VASQUEZ, PhD
Alberto Vasquez is an Executive Advisor at AlliancesHub International. Alberto received his Ph.D. in Engineering Science with concentration in Decision Sciences and Engineering Systems from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute as well as an M.S. in Operations Research and Statistics, Industrial, and Management Engineering. He received his B.S. in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana.
Alberto unique problem-solving abilities derive from his vast academic background and work experience across industries (automotive, energy, consumer goods, food and beverage, retail, high tech and metals), techniques and technological applications that enable effective and viable solution implementations to enhance business value.
Alberto has over thirty years of experience in business and service chain optimization, including advanced production, scheduling and logistics. Throughout his career, he has developed associations with leading software solution suppliers. Dr. Vásquez has also lead unique pragmatic engagements with numerous large business process re-engineering efforts for manufacturing companies across industries as well as leading retailers.
Alberto has helped major Food and Beverage Companies to develop a Supply Chain Board and deploy a consistent supply chain planning solution footprint worldwide. In addition, he has delivered over $30M in benefits to Grupo Gamesa by providing a better coordination of packaging material purchasing and production plans and delivered over $10M in benefits to IMSA-Galvanizado by increasing customer service levels to penetrate new markets while lowering finished goods inventories at the same time.
Alberto spent several years at i2 Technologies where he was the 4th person hired as the company was formed. He managed various sales teams and developed marketing and operations in different regions for leading software vendor suppliers.
Prior to i2, Alberto held several positions with American Airlines Decision Technologies, Construcciones Agro-Industriales, and the Ford Motor Company. Dr. Vásquez is also a pioneer entrepreneur in Transportation Industries.
He is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English, while capable of reading French. Alberto is based in Los Angeles, CA.
