Joe Bacigalupo is the Certified Silva Method BLS Lead Instructor in the United States, teaching the Original Silva Method in both English and Spanish. With more than 20 years of experience teaching the Silva Method, Joe has helped individuals, professionals, entrepreneurs, and executives learn practical mental techniques to reduce stress, strengthen intuition, improve focus, make better decisions, and achieve greater personal and professional success.
As a Silva Method instructor, Joe is dedicated to teaching the Original Silva Method exactly as developed by José Silva, creating an engaging learning environment where participants gain practical skills they can confidently apply for a lifetime.
Beyond the classroom, Joe brings more than 30 years of executive leadership, coaching, and advisory experience. As an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Level II Advanced Certified Personal & Executive Coach and trusted executive advisor, he works with business leaders, entrepreneurs, and leadership teams to strengthen leadership effectiveness, improve decision-making, optimize team performance, and drive sustainable business growth.
